Bishop Museum – experience the history, arts, and culture of the Hawaiian people.
Hanauma Bay – a nature preserve famous for snorkeling.
Hawaii Army Museum – a free museum that tells the military story of Hawaii.
Honolulu Zoo – local city zoo just across the road from the hostel.
Hula Show – local Hawaiian dances on the beach three nights a week.
Pearl Harbor – location of the Japanese attack during World War II.
Polynesian Cultural Center – experience an authentic luau and dinner.
Skydiving – experience breathtaking views of the North Shore from 12,000 feet.
Food Pantry – closest one to the hostel, 10 minutes walking down Kuhio Ave.
Safeway – a little cheaper but further away, about a 20 minute walk up Kapahulu Ave.
